Key Responsibilities

• Originate a full suite of loan products: FHA, VA, Reverse, DSCR, Fix & Flip, Commercial, and more.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the loan process, from application to closing.
• Work leads provided by Secure Lending Inc. or generate your own for maximum earning potential.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
• Minimum 2 years of loan origination experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
• Strong sales, communication, and client relationship skills

Compensation

• Loan Officer Pay: $125,000 and $175,000/year (Commission-Only)
• Same-Day Commission Payouts on closings

Experience & Passion: You’ve worked in automation, API integrations, or AI-driven solutions for 3–5 years (or more!). You’re eager to learn and innovate, especially in the mortgage and lending space.

Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You’ve got solid coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and you’ve worked with tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or custom automation frameworks.

Systems Integration Guru: You’ve helped connect systems (CRM, LOS, compliance software, and financial tools) — and you know how to make these platforms work together without missing a beat.

Financial Acumen: You have a basic understanding of mortgage lending, personal loans, and the financial services industry — or you’re excited to dive into this space and make an impact.
